Traditional recruiting wastes time on endless applications and the results aren’t always predictable. Real talent on the other side, often hides inside personal networks with no system to track or reward referrals. Chainstaff was founded with the goal of fixing both sides of the table: companies get real trusted connections, while people earn by introduciing the right talent to the right opportunities.
The idea was simple: companies post a job, set a bounty, and the community shares the opening. When someone gets hired, the reward is split between the referrer, the candidate, the community pool, and chainstaff.
But bringing this to life at scale meant building two seamless experiences:
Both needed transparency, automation, and a backend ready for rapid growth.

In two weeks, we built a complete interactive Figma prototype mapping every user journey.
Recruiters could post jobs, set bounties, and track applicants with no effort
Referrers could share openings in seconds and see their earnings in real time.
We then developed Chainstaff’s core engine: unique referral links, automated tracking, and transparent reward logic. To boost engagement, we added gamification, encouraging sharing and unlocking higher bounties.
All powered by a scalable, systematically testing process.
In just eight weeks, Chainstaff launched a full MVP with:
Recruiters got measurable results while referrers turned their networks into income. Everyone won.
